Sui-Jim Ho is an associate based in the London office.

Mr. Ho’s practice focuses on international financing and restructuring transactions. He has experience representing issuers, borrowers and financial institutions in international capital markets, bank lending, high yield, derivatives and liability management transactions. Mr. Ho also has experience in sovereign debt management. Notably, he represented Greece in the largest sovereign debt restructuring in history.

Mr. Ho joined the firm in 2008, having previously worked at Clifford Chance in London where he was seconded to Clifford Chance in New York and to Lehman Brothers (derivatives desk) in London. In 2010, Mr. Ho also completed a secondment to Citigroup (capital markets origination) in London.

He graduated with first class honours from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with an LLB Law degree and was awarded the Sweet and Maxwell Prizes for best performance in the first and third year of his degree.

Mr. Ho is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. He is fluent in English and Malay, and proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin.
