Jaewon Yoon is an associate based in the Hong Kong office.
Mr. Yoon’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions.
Mr. Yoon joined the firm in 2007. From 2007 to 2011, he was resident in the New York office. He received a J.D. degree from Columbia University School of Law in 2007, where he was a James Kent Scholar and an Articles Editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. He received an undergraduate degree from Seoul National University in 1998.
Mr. Yoon is a member of the Bar in New York. His native languages are Korean and English.
