Located in central Moscow on Paveletskaya Ploschad, the Moscow office has 28 resident lawyers practicing Russian and U.S. law.  An additional 20 lawyers in the firm's other offices regularly contribute to our Russian practice.

Since 1991, the firm has handled a wide range of assignments for the Russian Government.  In the Russian private sector, our practice focuses on capital markets, syndicated loans, merger and acquisitions, and we also advise on general corporate and litigation matters.  We represent both U.S. and European companies that have business interests in Russia, as well as Russian companies in cross-border transactions and financings.
