On April 3, 2012, Cleary Gottlieb partner Arthur H. Kohn and counsel Mary E. Alcock appeared at the Practising Law Institute seminar, "Pension Plan Investments 2012."

Mr. Kohn co-chaired the event and appeared on a panel entitled "AFTRA/JPMorganChase: Conflicts Arising from Investments in Different Parts of the Capital Structure of an Entity, and the Use and Utility of Information Barriers."

Ms. Alcock appeared on a panel entitled "Core Financial Institution Issues."
