Tom Vandebosch is an associate based in the Brussels office.
Mr. Vandebosch’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border corporate and financial transactions.
Mr. Vandebosch joined the firm as a stagiaire from 2005 to 2006. He returned to the firm as an associate in 2007. From 2007 to 2008 he was resident in the New York office. He received an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School in 2007 (B.A.E.F. & Fulbright scholarships), where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and LL.M. editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. He holds a law degree (2005),
magna cum laude, and a philosophy degree (2003) from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, where he was a research assistant at the Contract & Property Research Alliance from 2004 to 2005, and a part-time teaching assistant in comparative law from 2008 to 2010.
Mr. Vandebosch is a member of the Bars in Brussels and New York. His native language is Dutch, he is fluent in English and French, and he has a fair knowledge of Italian and German.
