Boaz S. Morag is counsel based in the New York office.

Mr. Morag’s practice includes representing foreign and domestic clients (both sovereign and private entities) in trials and appeals in state and federal courts in the United States and in arbitration hearings internationally. Mr. Morag has extensive experience with complex commercial disputes as well as with disputes over sovereign immunity under United States law and over the scope and applicability of various bilateral and multilateral treaties and conventions.

Mr. Morag joined the firm in 1993 and became counsel in 2001. He received a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from New York University School of Law in 1992, and an undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from New York University College of Business and Public Administration. Prior to joining the firm he served as a law clerk to Judge Kimba M. Wood of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Mr. Morag is a member of the Bar in New York and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, several U.S. Courts of Appeals as well as U.S. District Courts.
