Jennifer C. Bender is a senior attorney based in the New York office.
Ms. Bender’s practice focuses on public and private merger and acquisition transactions with a particular focus on cross-border transactions.
Ms. Bender joined the firm in 1997 and became a senior attorney in 2007. From 2000 to 2011, she was resident in the London office, where she coordinated its pro bono practice. She received a J.D. degree from Yale Law School in 1996 and a B.A. degree with highest honors from Douglass College, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in 1993. From 1996 to 1997, she served as law clerk to the Honorable Marie L. Garibaldi of the New Jersey State Supreme Court.
Ms. Bender is a member of the Bars in New York and New Jersey.
