Andrea G. Podolsky is senior counsel based in the New York office.

Ms. Podolsky's practice focuses on U.S. and international corporate finance matters, ranging from bank financing and public and private securities offerings, including structured finance transactions, to mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.

Ms. Podolsky is distinguished as one of the leading structured products lawyers by Chambers Global, Chambers USA and The Legal 500.

Ms. Podolsky has written and lectured on a variety of financing topics and has been a guest lecturer at Columbia University Law School.

Ms. Podolsky joined the firm in 1977 and was a partner from 1988 to 2012. She received a J.D. degree from Columbia University Law School, where she was an editor of the Law Review and a Kent Scholar, and an undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 1972.

Ms. Podolsky is a member of the Bar in New York and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Podolsky is a former member of the Structured Finance Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
