Marie-Hélène Farrelly is an associate based in the London office.
Ms. Farrelly's practice focuses on cross-border and UK corporate and financial transactions, in particular mergers and acquisitions, representing both corporate acquirers and sellers, as well as private equity funds. Ms Farrelly also advises on general corporate and commercial matters, and she has experience of equity capital markets matters.
Ms. Farrelly joined the firm in 2007 after completing her training contract at Lovells (now Hogan Lovells), where she spent time in the firm's London and Paris offices. She received an LLB (Hons) degree in English with French law from King's College London and a
maîtrise en droit from the Faculty of Law of the University of Paris I - Sorbonne. She graduated from the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in London in 2004 with a distinction.
Ms. Farrelly is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. Her native languages are English and French, and she is proficient in Spanish.
