John P. McGill is a senior attorney based in the Washington, D.C. office.
Mr. McGill’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, particularly public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and securities offerings.
Mr. McGill joined the firm in 1999. He received a J.D. degree,
magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 1999 and an undergraduate degree,
cum laude, from the University of Richmond in 1988.
Mr. McGill is a member of the Bars in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
