Jean-Michel Tron is a partner resident in the Paris office.

Mr. Tron’s practice focuses on French corporate and international tax matters in connection with international business transactions. In acknowledgment of his many accomplishments in the legal profession in France, the French Republic awarded Mr. Tron the Legion of Honor. He is also distinguished as a leading tax and corporate/M&A lawyer by Chambers Global Guide to the World's Leading Lawyers.

Mr. Tron joined the firm in 1966 and became a partner in 1976. He received an LL.M degree from Harvard Law School in 1968, a Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures in 1965 and a Licence en droit in 1964. Mr. Tron graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris in 1962.

Mr. Tron is a member of the Bar in Paris.
