Kevin Jones is an associate based in the New York office.
Mr. Jones’ practice focuses on real estate transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine financing, loan participation and co-lending arrangements, commercial leasing, and real estate aspects of corporate and financial transactions.
Mr. Jones joined the firm in 2007. Mr. Jones received his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School in 2006, where he was a member of BLSA, Harvard Defenders and the Criminal Justice Institute and received the Dean’s Award for Community Leadership. Mr. Jones received a Master’s in Theological Studies degree, with Honors, from the Boston University School of Theology with an emphasis on Christian Sociological Ethics in 2007. Mr. Jones received a joint Master’s in Public Affairs and Master’s in Urban & Regional Planning degree, with Honors, from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University in 2002. He also received a B.A. degree, with Distinction, from Clark Atlanta University in 1998.
Mr. Jones is a member of the Bar in New York.
