Anastasia Herasimovich is an associate based in the Moscow office.
Ms. Herasimovich’s practice focuses on international and domestic corporate and financial transactions, particularly project and infrastructure finance, mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings. She has advised Russian and foreign clients on a variety of matters and industries both in Russia and abroad.
Ms. Herasimovich joined the firm in 2011. Prior to joining Cleary Gottlieb, she practiced as an associate in the Chicago office of an international law firm from 2010 to 2011. Ms. Herasimovich received an LL.M. degree, with honors, and a J.D. degree from Northwestern University School of Law, where she was a Jack Kent Cooke scholar in 2007-2010. Ms. Herasimovich also obtained an undergraduate degree from Swarthmore College in 2006 and an undergraduate degree in International Law,
magna cum laude, from the European Humanities University (Belarus/Lithuania) in 2005.
Ms. Herasimovich is a member of the Bar in Illinois. Her native languages are Russian and Belarusian, and she is fluent in English and German.
