Alexey Koshelev is an associate based in the Moscow office.
Mr. Koshelev’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings.
Mr. Koshelev joined the firm in 2011. Prior to joining Cleary Gottlieb, he practiced as an associate in the New York office of Clifford Chance in 2006-2011. Mr. Koshelev received a J.D. degree from Columbia University, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar, in 2006 and an undergraduate degree from the Belarusian State University in 2002.
Mr. Koshelev is a member of the Bar in New York. He is fluent in English and Russian and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
