Ms. Abramowicz’s practice focuses on various aspects of corporate and financial transactions.
Ms. Abramowicz was a summer associate in 2005. She joined the firm as an associate in 2010. From 2010 to 2013, she was resident in the Brussels office. She received an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School in 2010 and graduated
summa cum laude from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2009. She participated in the Erasmus program at the University of Copenhagen (Denmark). She is a part-time teaching assistant in contracts and torts law at the Free University of Brussels.
Ms. Abramowicz is a member of the Bars in Brussels and New York. Her native language is French, she is fluent in English, and has a fair knowledge of Dutch.
