Sophie de Beer is counsel based in the Paris office.
Mrs. de Beer’s practice focuses on French and European merger and acquisition transactions, including public merger and acquisition transactions and transactions involving financial institutions, and banking and stock exchange regulatory matters.
Mrs. de Beer joined the firm in 1996 and became counsel in 2005. She received an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School in 1999 and a Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies en Droit des Affaires from the Université Paris I-Sorbonne in 1994. She graduated from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in 1995.
Mrs. de Beer is a member of the Bars in New York and Paris.
