Luuk Bressers is an associate based in the Brussels office.

Mr. Bessers' practice focuses on antitrust law and he has experience in both European and Dutch cartel procedures and merger filings. He also has experience in arbitration procedures as ad hoc clerk for the Court of Arbitration of Sport.

Mr. Bressers joined the firm in 2007 as a stagiaire. He returned to the firm as an associate in 2010. Mr. Bressers received an LL.M. degree, cum laude, from Tilburg University in 2006 and from the College of Europe in 2007, specializing in European Law and Economic Analysis. In 2007, he was part of the team of the College of Europe that won the 2006/2007 edition of the European Law Moot Court Competition, and he was selected as “Best Applicant” during the regional final.

Mr. Bressers is a member of the Bars in Rotterdam and Brussels. His native language is Dutch and he is fluent in English, and he has a fair knowledge of German and French.
