Mr. Lewis' practice focuses on domestic and international business and financing transactions. Mr. Lewis has advised private and public sector clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, and project financings and leveraged finance transactions. Mr. Lewis has substantial experience in the mining and energy industries.

Mr. Lewis joined the firm in 1987 and became a partner in 1995. He received a J.D. degree from Columbia University in 1986 and an undergraduate degree from Williams College in 1983.
