Marianna Koulikova is an associate based in the Paris office.
Ms. Koulikova’s practice focuses on cross-border corporate and financial matters, particularly mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. She also has fair experience in Russian law.
Ms. Koulikova joined the firm as an associate in 2008 after working in the firm as an intern in Paris and Moscow offices in 2007. She received a DESS in International Business Law from the University of Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne) in 2006 and a Maîtrise in business law (
magna cum laude) from the University of Nanterre (Paris–X) in 2005. She received a J.D. equivalent (
cum laude) from law faculty of Russian State University of Trade and Economics (RSUTE) in 2005.
Ms. Koulikova is a member of the Bar in Paris. Her native language is Russian and French and she is fluent in English.
