Maria Grazia Mamone is an associate based in the Milan office.
Ms. Mamone's practice focuses on corporate and international financial law. In particular, she advises on matters concerning financial market regulations and M&A transactions relating to the banking, financial and insurance sectors.
Ms. Mamone joined the firm in 2005. From 2005 to 2012, she was resident in the Paris office. In 2004, she received an LL.M. degree with merit in Banking Law and Financial Regulation from the London School of Economics, on a scholarship awarded by the University of Milan. She graduated
summa cum laude from the Law School of the University of Milan in 2003. Prior to joining Cleary Gottlieb, she worked from 2004 to 2005 as trainee at the firm Bonelli Erede Pappalardo in the structured finance department of their London and Milan offices.
Ms. Mamone has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2006 and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales since 2010. She is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English.
