Marie-Laurence Tibi is a partner resident in the Paris office.
Ms. Tibi's practice focuses on corporate finance and merger and acquisition transactions, including capital market transactions, structured financings and derivative products, joint ventures and public M&A transactions.
Ms. Tibi joined the firm in 1992 and became a partner in 2001. She received an LL.M degree from New York University in 1992 and a law degree from the University of Paris in 1991. She graduated from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in 1988.
