Xuemei Lu is an associate based in the Beijing office.
Ms. Lu’s practice focuses on
corporate and financial transactions, including capital markets,
mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments.
Ms. Lu joined the firm in 2007. She received a J.D. degree from Cornell Law School in 2005 and a Bachelor of Law/Bachelor of Economics degree from Peking University in 1999.
Her experience encompasses advising both issuers and underwriters in debt and equity offerings, including offerings on both the Hong Kong and Singapore exchanges.
Ms. Lu is a member of the Bar in New York, and a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong. Her native language is Mandarin Chinese and she is fluent in English.
