Yisu Li is an associate based in the Hong Kong office.
Mr. Li’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, particularly capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Li joined the firm in 2006. From 2009 to 2010, he was resident in the New York office, and from 2010 to 2012, he was resident in the Beijing office. From 2006 to 2008, he was resident in the Beijing office as a consultant.
Mr. Li received an LL.M. degree, with distinction, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2009, an LL.M. degree from Peking University in 2007, and an LL.M. degree from University College London in 2006, where he was the recipient of the Vinson Chu Graduate Scholarship. Mr. Li also received an LL.B. degree, with honors, from Tsinghua University School of Law in 2004.
Mr. Li is a member of the Bar in New York. His native language is Mandarin Chinese, and he is fluent in English.
