Miao Zhang is an associate based in the Hong Kong office.
Ms. Zhang’s practice focuses on corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and general corporate regulatory and compliance advice.
Ms. Zhang joined the firm in 2011. She received a Post Graduate Certificate in Law from the University of Hong Kong in 2008, an LL.M. degree from the University of Leeds in 2006 and a B.A. from Peking University in 2003.
Ms. Zhang is a solicitor of Hong Kong. Her native language is Mandarin and she is fluent in English.
