Lindsay B. Barenz is an associate based in the New York office.
Ms. Barenz’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, including private and public mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and securities law matters.
Ms. Barenz joined in the firm in 2007. She received a J.D. degree from Yale Law School in 2004 and an undergraduate degree from the University of Utah in 1999. From 2004 to 2005 she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Betty Binns Fletcher of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
