Matteo Gatti is an associate based in the New York office.
Mr. Gatti’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions. He has published several articles about corporate and M&A law in major Italian law reviews.
Mr. Gatti joined the firm in January 2003. He graduated with honors from the Law School of the University of Milan in 1997, received an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School in 2002 and a Ph.D. in commercial law from the University of Brescia in 2003.
Mr. Gatti is a member of the Bar in Milan. His native language is Italian and he is fluent in English.
