Manoj Nair is an associate based in the New York office.
Mr. Nair’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with an emphasis on international and domestic private and public mergers and acquisitions and capital market financings.
Mr. Nair joined the firm in 2008. He received a J.D. degree,
magna cum laude, from New York Law School in 2008 where he was a John Harlan Scholar, the Coordinating Executive Notes Editor of the
New York Law School Law Review and received the Alfred L. Rose Award for Excellence. He received an undergraduate degree from New York University, College of Arts and Science in 2000.
