Cleary Gottlieb associate Ignacio Lagos spoke at 27th Annual IBA Global Insolvency and Restructuring Conference, presented by the IBA Insolvency Section and supported by the IBA North American Regional Forum.
Ignacio participated in “Session 1: Not Your Traditional Restructuring,” where the panel discussed recent experiences and new, ‘outside-the-box’ restructuring tools, focusing on out-of-court restructurings and proceedings with no votes by creditors (e.g., reverse vesting orders in Canada, negotiated crisis composition procedure in Italy, etc.).
