On September 17, 2015, Cleary Gottlieb partner Leah Brannon participated on a panel entitled “State Regulation: Changes Will Continue – How to Impact Change” at the annual ATA Fall Forum. The panel of experts and regulators identified the leading issues they see affecting states in their increased role in regulating the field of telemedicine and suggest ways ATA members help shape policy changes.
