Cleary Gottlieb partners Craig Brod and Adam Fleisher were panelists during a panel discussion entitled, “An Inside Look at Spotify’s Direct Listing: The Impact on IPO Decision-Making,” hosted by the Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law and Yale Law & Business Society.
