On November 15, 2011, Cleary Gottlieb partner Robin M. Bergen and senior counsel Edward F. Greene appeared at the D.C Bar event entitled “International Securities Regulation: How We Got Here, Where We’re Going.” Ms. Bergen moderated the event, and Mr. Greene discussed current issues and challenges in the area of international securities regulation in light of the Dodd-Frank Act and similar legislative and regulatory initiatives in the other jurisdictions.
