Cleary Gottlieb partner Deborah North participated in the ISDA ESG Forum 2023.
Deborah spoke on the panel, “Outlook for ESG Regulatory Policy.” The panel explored the current and potential regulatory issues in the ESG space, including the Securities and Exchange Commission’s ESG disclosure proposals, the Federal Reserve Board’s climate risk proposal, and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s planned future agenda.
