On April 9, 2014, Cleary Gottlieb partner Seth Grosshandler participated in ISDA’s 29th Annual General Meeting.
Mr. Grosshandler was a speaker in the panel entitled “Legal & Documentation.”
The panel discussed important developments in ISDA documentation including bail-in and resolution, developments in benchmarks and key changes in the new credit derivatives definitions. The panel also reviewed the update on Section 2(a)(iii).
