On June 6, Cleary Gottlieb partner Matthew Slater participated in Emerging Trends in International Arbitration in Latin America, a conference presented by The University of Texas School of Law Energy Center. Mr. Slater appeared on a panel entitled “Jurisdiction of Arbitrators, Respective Roles of Courts and Arbitrators, and Mechanisms for Resolving Energy Disputes and Enforcing Awards in Latin America”.
