On March 27, 2014, Cleary Gottlieb partner Victor I. Lewkow participated in Tulane University Law School’s 26th Annual Corporate Law Institute. Mr. Lewkow was a speaker on the panel “Dealing with Shareholder Activism.” The panelists discussed the continuing importance of shareholder activism and its effect on M&A.
