Two Cleary Gottlieb teams were selected as “Litigator of the Week” finalists by The American Lawyer’s Litigation Daily.
Partners Carmine Boccuzzi and Abena Mainoo, senior counsel Matt Slater, and associate Patrick Swiber were highlighted for their work representing Bosch in beating claims brought by customers who claimed the companies misled them into purchasing certain Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra trucks by installing devices that defeated emissions tests.
Partners Carmine Boccuzzi and Rahul Mukhi were also featured for their work representing security company SOS Ultimate Holding in defending claims from Garda USA after its failed $558 million bid for SOS.
