David Singer is an associate based in the New York office.
Mr. Singer’s practice focuses on corporate and financial matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital market transactions.
Mr. Singer joined the firm in 2007. From 2007 to 2013, he was resident in the Milan office. He received an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School in 2009 and graduated with honors from the Bocconi University Law School in Milan, 2006.
Mr. Singer is a member of the Milan and New York Bars. He is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English.
