Jesse M. Brush is an associate based in the New York office.
Mr. Brush’s practice focuses on capital markets and corporate transactions.
Mr. Brush joined the firm in 2010. He received a J.D. degree from Yale Law School in 2009, where he was Notes Editor of the
Yale Law Journal and Executive Editor of the
Yale Journal of International Law. He received an undergraduate degree,
summa cum laude, from Dartmouth College in 2006. From 2009 to 2010, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Nancy Gertner of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Mr. Brush is a member of the Bars in New York and Massachusetts. His native language is English, and he is proficient in Spanish.
