Joseph Wolpin is an associate based in the Moscow office.
Mr. Wolpin's practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, particularly equity and debt securities offerings and cross border transactions.
Mr. Wolpin joined the firm as an associate in 2010. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2009, a M.Sc. with distinction in Russian and Post-Soviet Studies from the London School of Economics in 2005, where he was a Marshall scholar, and an A.B.,
summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 2003.
Mr. Wolpin is a member of the Bar in New York. His native language is English and he is fluent in Russian and proficient in Ukrainian.
