Mr. Binder joined the firm in 2003 and became counsel in 2012. He received a J.D. degree,
cum laude, from New York University School of Law in 2003, where he was Executive Editor of the New York University Journal of International Law and Politics, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa in 1996.
Mr. Binder is a member of the Bar in New York. His native language is English, and he is proficient in Spanish.
