Mr. Panas joined the firm in 2007. He received a J.D. degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2003, an M.Phil degree in 2000 from Cambridge University, where he was a Henry Fellow, and an undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Yale University in 1999. From 2004-2005, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ricardo M. Urbina of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Mr. Panas is a member of the Bar in New York. His native language is English and he is proficient in Spanish.
