Laura Bergamini is an associate based in the Rome office.
Ms. Bergamini's practice primarily focuses on domestic and international litigation and arbitration.
Ms. Bergamini joined the firm in 2010. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pisa in 2000 and received a Ph.D. in International and domestic arbitration law from the LUISS Guido Carli, Rome, in 2005. Before joining the firm, she worked in the Paris office of Shearman & Sterling LLP, and with the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. Between 2007 and 2010 she was an associate in the Rome office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP.
Ms. Bergamini has authored numerous articles on Italian and international arbitration matters.
Ms. Bergamini has been a member of the Bar in Italy since 2007. She is a member of ArbIt, the Italian forum on international arbitration and ADR. She is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English and French.
