  • Keurig Green Mountain in multiparty monopolization litigation in the Southern District of New York; includes the defense of five complaints brought against Keurig by two competitors, two purported classes, and an individual purchaser, as well as Keurig’s pursuit of counterclaims against a competitor alleging violation of the Lanham Act and various state laws for unfair competition through false and misleading advertising or promotion.

  • Mallinckrodt in connection with FTC monopolization investigation involving the acquisition of an alleged nascent competitor.
