Nicole Rothe’s practice focuses on e-discovery, European data protection law, internal investigations, antitrust and competition, and litigation and arbitration matters.

As Managing Attorney, Nicole co-leads the Discovery and Litigation Technology group in Europe. She and her team specialize in the preservation, collection, systematic analysis, and production of data in antitrust regulatory and internal investigations as well as litigation and arbitration proceedings. This includes the application of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.

Nicole also advises on European data protection issues, in particular on data privacy considerations in discovery matters and cross-border transfers of data.

Nicole joined the firm as an Associate in 2005. From 2005 to 2009, she was resident in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. She became Managing Attorney in 2022.
