Frederick Howell’s practice focuses on a range of international corporate and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
His practice also includes advising clients on UK and other economic sanctions laws and regulations.
Frederick also has experience conducting anticorruption diligence investigations.
Frederick joined the firm in 2018, and he was resident in the Abu Dhabi office in 2019.
