Julia Knight’s practice focuses on financial institutions regulatory matters.
She has represented numerous financial institutions in matters related to the structure and scope of regulated activities; non-U.S. banking organizations in the implementation of, and compliance with, the Volcker Rule; and trade associations in their advocacy to government agencies on a range of proposed regulations. She regularly advises on issues related to financial technology. She also has advised a variety of filers with respect to resolution planning strategy and documentation.
Julia joined the firm in 2017. Prior to law school, she worked at the Council on Foreign Relations, a nonpartisan foreign policy think tank.
