Albert K. Lai

Albert Lai is an associate based in the Washington, D.C. office.

Mr. Lai’s practice focuses on enforcement and litigation and white collar crimes matters.

Mr. Lai joined the firm in 2012. He received a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, in 2011 from Georgetown University Law Center and an undergraduate degree in Political Science and History with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley in 2008. Mr. Lai was a law clerk for the Senior Judges at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals from 2011 to 2012. He was a member of Georgetown’s Barristers’ Council through which he participated in various national and international moot court competitions, and was distinguished as Best Oralist in the Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Competition.

Mr. Lai is a member of the Bars in California and in the District of Columbia.
