Alan J. Feld

Alan J. Feld is an associate based in the New York office.

Mr. Feld’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on the firm’s Latin American clients.

Mr. Feld joined the firm in 2007.  He received a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2007, where he was a Heyman Scholar at The Samuel and Ronnie Heyman Center on Corporate Governance, a Dean’s Scholar and a Notes Editor of the Cardozo Law Review.  He received an undergraduate degree, with highest honors, Phi Beta Kappa, from The University of Texas at Austin in 2002.

Mr. Feld is a member of the Bar in New York. His native language is English and he is fluent in Spanish.
