- We make decisions based on written evaluations of candidates by our attorneys, and your academic, personal and professional achievements.
- We make our selections on a rolling schedule in the fall, and at other times during the year as applications are received.
- If you receive an offer but are undecided, we encourage further visits or requests for more information. Follow-up dinners with our lawyers are scheduled in several cities.
- Most hiring is initiated through on-campus interviews. However, students at schools we are unable to visit – as well as judicial clerks and experienced lawyers – also may apply.
