Most of our recruiting efforts are conducted through our fall on-campus recruiting program in New York and Washington where our lawyers conduct interviews at U.S. and Canadian law schools and at various local job fairs. Following these preliminary interviews, we invite second and third year law students to visit our office for a series of interviews with several lawyers. We welcome applications from junior lawyers with relevant experience, and we make lateral hiring decisions based on current needs.
